As a life coach, trained and graduating with Robbins-madanes accreditations it also gave me amazing opportunity for live coaching internationally with many different experiences as part of my studies.

A spiritual life coach combines life coaching techniques with greater focus on spiritual growth by living more intentionally in line with your values and beliefs.

This can involve undoing years of programming or negative beliefs to find who you truly are in your heart and soul, giving you inner peace, confidence and self-love and guide you towards your true-life purpose. 

It can also focus on increasing your energy, particularly good for empaths or anyone who doesn’t feel good enough. Bringing better understanding while lifting your own energy with a better insight of how you might be absorbing the negative energy of others.

Empowering and protecting yourself by boundary setting, understanding the part ego plays and looking at patterns or behaviours that block you from the life you desire, whike developing trust in yourself and your intuition (an art we have forgotten) as well as trusting the universe and the natural flow of life, are all areas where spiritual life coaching can assist.

A sound therapy session bringing deep relaxation, helping to reduce stress, stimulate the “vagus nerve”, calm the nervous system and work on the chakras to improve general wellbeing.

The chakras are internal “wheels” that are energy points in the body - if these are closed and unaligned, we feel unsafe, unloved, anxious and closed off. If they are open and aligned, we have more positive life experiences, feeling safe and rooted, happy, loving and can express ourselves and speak our truth.

Sound healing improves the energy flow within, bringing many positive effects, including higher self-esteem.

As an intuitive healer, I am aware that the presenting issue is rarely the actual issue. So I call on my own intuition to help you find the  root cause - it may be that a combination of coaching and healing techniques may be called upon as your supporter to help lift you up and live your best life.
