About Carolyn
All my life I have felt the need to help others, a sign of the help that I once needed.
I lost my parents as a young child, and with this lack of common support, I realised just how fragile life is and that it isn't always easy. For as long as I can remember, overcoming dark and difficult times was my greatest challenge.

My childhood experiences created some negative patterns too, mostly prioritising the wants and needs of others above my own for fear of rejection, which did not not benefit anyone, especially myself. And as an empath, I had huge compassion for others, but I often absorbed their thoughts and feelings as if they were my own, leading to low self-worth.

Eventually I went through “dark night of the soul”, a spiritual crisis of intense sadness where I felt disconnected from everything.

But my eyes were open, truly awakened, and I saw things as they were instead of how I wanted them to be, seeing clearly those patterns and loops that had kept me in suffering. I was then able to break the cycles, learn the lessons, and undo the programming and false stories to heal and become the best version of myself.
I’d never considered that I had an ego, but I did, and it was causing low self-esteem and self-doubt which I had to shed in order to be my true self. This led to years of extensive training in inner child healing, where our wounds often lay, and learning about our shadow side (the parts of ourselves we deny or reject) to become whole again.

I also realised how much I had been guided throughout my life by gut instincts, but that I didn’t always listen to. I now fully trust this unconscious guidance system, and training as a holistic spiritual life coach has formed a deeper connection to this - learning how to be authentically yourself and who you truly are in your heart and soul.

My training over the years - provided by psychic intuitive medium Michelle Morley - helped me to learn how to work more intuitively with others, and I was incredibly privileged to have also studied, trained and graduated as a Robbins - Madanes trained strategic intervention coach and NLP Master under my teachers, Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes and Keith Leonard.

Many who knew me back when and saw those early struggles claimed I made those hard times look like a walk in the park, as I always had a zest for life and a smile on my face.
In the past, life knocked me down, but I always turned the negatives into a positive.

I now use my experiences and training to help benefit myself and others, making it incredibly rewarding while also achieving my life’s purpose of lifting others up.

How can life coaching benefit me?
We are taught so many things in life, but so very little about ourselves and emotional wellbeing, with many of us having to learn things the hard way.
Sometimes alone, we just cannot see the way forward, especially if you're feeling a bit lost, fearful, confused or not good enough, or are going through a major life change.
A life coach can greatly benefit your healing experience and general well-being by giving support at a time when it is most needed.

We are all meant to self-reflect, change and grow as we go through life, so I hope you take the step towards the life you want to live.
Because as you change, it inspires change in others. And the sooner you shift things, the better your life can be.
